Learning, growing, and developing as a therapist never ends. Once you think you know something and settle into that practicing that knowledge, you learn something new, expand your understanding, and that’s the beauty of it.

 

Clinical supervision is more than just guidance. Supervision is an authentic partnership that is built on respect and trust between the supervisor and supervisee. The supervisor recognizes the supervisee’s potential and is dedicated to fostering, encouraging, and challenging their professional competence and ethical integrity. It is, in its core, a nurturing relationship that acknowledges that everyone, no matter how experienced, benefits from ongoing support and learning.

Areas of clinical interest:

Eating disorders, trauma (chronic, complex, single episode), shame, attachment, obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety disorders, grief and loss, clinical self-care, professional and personal identity, therapeutic relationship, case consultation, clinical consultation.

Areas of theoretical interest:

Humanistic, Gestalt, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotions-Focused Therapy (EFT/EFIT), Attachment-focused, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (M-CBT), and somatic work.

Supervision Rates.png

Individual Supervision:

1 hour per week (60 minutes): $100

2 hours per week (120 minutes): $200​

Group Supervision (2+ Residents):

1 hour per week (60 minutes): $75

2 hours per week (120 minutes): $150

Remember: Group supervision hours count equally but are capped at 50% (100 of the 200 required hours).
