I offer adjunct EMDR therapy for therapists whose clients are needing additional support with stabilization, decreasing somatic reactions, and addressing unresolved trauma and patterns that continue to interfere with therapeutic growth and progress. With EMDR, I additionally offer psychoeducation on structural dissociation, window of tolerance, and emotion and somatic regulation skills that not only support your client through EMDR therapy, but empower them in deeply understanding their body, their adaptive instincts for self-safety, and possibility to grow. Together we will work to see if your client is appropriate for EMDR therapy and develop a supportive collaboration that gives your client the most thoughtful and conscientious care.

Supporting clients in their healing journeys does not need to feel isolating or lonely for you as a therapist. I enjoy working with peer professionals by joining our collective knowledge, insight, experience, and thoughts together to best help your clients in need. I also enjoy peer collaboration and consultation with fellow professionals in the healing arts – teachers, physicians, case workers, etc. – to support you in any stuck spots with your own students, patients, or clients.
